BIOGRAPHY
I’m Gabrielle Charles, a strategist, brand architect, and storyteller with a passion for shaping narratives that resonate with depth, distinction, and purpose. For over 15 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of public relations, business development, and marketing—helping professionals, cultural institutions, and hospitality brands show up with clarity, elegance, and impact.
My work blends creative foresight with operational precision. I specialize in strategic marketing and brand development, operations management, event storytelling, and luxury event production—bringing to life immersive experiences that spark emotion, communicate value, and build legacy. Whether I’m overseeing venue logistics and coordination, designing memorable guest experiences, or managing vendor and supplier relationships, every detail is approached with intention and purpose.
As Co-Founder of Dine for Design, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, I champion the next generation of artists, designers, and cultural curators through curated programs and experiences. During Miami Art Week, I produced the organization’s signature activation, Savoir Style, an intimate celebration of art, fashion, and design. With support from the Greater Miami Convention and Visitors Bureau and partnerships with the City of Miami Arts & Entertainment Council, Black Archives, and Miami Urban Contemporary Experience, I brought together artistic and cultural programming, décor and staging, and VIP & influencer relations to deliver a culturally resonant experience.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked alongside brands and institutions that value storytelling and sophistication including Berluti Paris, Rolex, Bloomingdale’s, and Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. From leading the launch of The Aristocrat: A Modern Men’s Guide to Style to producing the Bridal Beauty Brunch, my events reflect a commitment to both aesthetics and strategic alignment.
My approach is results-driven and multi-dimensional. I excel in campaign direction, media placement, sponsorship development, and communications strategies that drive visibility and reputation management. My work/media placement has been featured across NBC Universal, MSNBC, TV One, WPLG Channel 10, WSVN Channel 7, Univison, Telemundo, Haitian Times, Carribean National Weekly, Miami Times, and the Miami Herald.
Previously, as Group Leader and Chair of Diversity and Partnerships for Le Dîner en Blanc Miami, and as a lead volunteer with Black Enterprise’s Women of Power Summit, I supported events with more than 1,000 C-suite professionals, ensuring inclusive excellence across every touchpoint.
My partnerships span esteemed names such as Berluti Paris, Rolex, Bloomingdale’s, GMCVB, and Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital—a testament to my ability to blend creativity with consistency, and results with refinement.
Beyond the brands and activations, my heart remains tied to purpose. I serve as an Ambassador for Black Art at the Pérez Art Museum Miami and dedicate time to mentoring, coaching, and championing initiatives that empower youth, elevate women, and foster community.
As a speaker, executive coach, and thought leader, I guide entrepreneurs and professionals through leadership development, brand clarity, and strategic storytelling. My mission is simple: to help others build more than a brand, but a presence that speaks before they ever say a word.
